Dry red wine made from a combination of Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The native Piedmontese grape in the company of international Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blends harmoniously into the wine of the name Tutti per Uno - All for one. Fruit notes come from Barbera, Cabernet and Merlot adds structure, color and softness. The wine aged in wood is powerful and gently tannic.

Beneventano Falanghina

A dry white wine made from the native Campania grape Falanghina originating from the province of Benevento. A wine with a gentle name and rich profile of aromas and flavors. Like other local Campanian white grapes Falanghina gives well-structured wines. Low acidity but gently crisp, hard to put the glass back down, great match with fish and sea-food.

Color: straw yellow with goldish hues.

Aroma: gently fruity, notes of peach and pineapple.

Flavor: dry, crisp, expressed.

Food matching: excellent with fish and sea-food, especially „pesce all’acqua pazza” oven-baked fish with the addition of small tomatoes and aromatic spices, also white meats in sauce.

Sauvignon

A dry white wine made from the Sauvignon grape. The favorable climate of Friuli, the eastern area of the Colli Orientali zone with gentle hills, the close proximity to the sea and sandy-clayey soils provide excellent conditions to cultivation of grapes, particularly of white grape varieties. The Sauvignon of this region delights with its fragrant bouquet and full body.

Smell: complex, intense notes of pepper, sage, elderberry.
Taste: rich, soft, long felt in my mouth.
Connecting with food: ideal for dishes based on seafood, fish in sauces and marinades, asparagus risotto .

Castel del Mago Dolce

Sweet red dessert wine made from Piedmont‘s autochthonous Brachetto grape. Brachetto found favor with our clients and enjoy great popularity, especially among the ladies. That is why we introduced to our range of wines an effervescent version of this pleasant dessert wine. Thanks to the presence of bubbles, it has very fresh taste, a slight hint of sweetness blends harmoniously with the crispness of the wine.

Color: ruby, shiny.
Aroma: brings the memory of summer, associated with strawberries, marked a light note of musk.
Flavor: pleasantly sweet and delicate.
Food matching: perfect for desserts, especially well with chocolate desserts or fresh strawberries.
Serving temperature: chilled to a temperature 8°/10°C.

Vinchio Vaglio Serra

Pancratium

Aromatized sweet wine. The special character of the wine results from the method of its production. To the grape must, obtained from Barbera grape, is added an appropriate amount of sugar and spices, including quinine, rhubarb, herbs. The name Pancratium refers to the name of the valley located between the towns of Vinchio and Vaglio, called San Pancratium - The Holy Pancrazio, who is the patron saint of winemakers associated in the cooperative. A distinctive wine, with an excellent flavor and depth, note of sweetness balances a winey bouquet typical of Barbera.

Aroma: aromatic herb.
Flavor: vinous, smooth, pleasantly herbal.
Food matching: perfect as digestivo (digestive alcohol) to drink after a meal or with desserts, delicious with chocolate desserts.

Azienda Agricola Virna di Borgogno Virna

„Noi” Barolo

A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, from Lampia and Michet varieties. The Barolo range from Virna begins exactly with a wine called “Noi”, Italian for We, which is a classic wine of Barolo. Originates from vineyards located in the towns of La Morra, Novello and Monforte. After careful selection of grapes and fermentation the wine goes to big oak casks and ages for about 18 months. Slightly raw and with harmoniously pronounced tannins, with unusual balance. A classic and quality wine.

Color: intense ruby red with purple hues.
Aroma: full, intense, ethereal, notes of red fruits, hints of vanilla, cocoa, spice.
Flavor: rich, tannic, harmonious.
Food matching: ideal for dishes on the base of meat, beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.
Serving temperature: 17°/18°C in large glasses like Burgundy.

Barbera Alba Barrique

Dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Barbera d’Alba grapes produced in the Alba zone. In relation to the ordinary Barbera, this version of wine, as the name suggests, was subjected to aging in small French oak barrels - barrique for almost a year. Therefore, its structure is stronger and definitely enhances the typical notes of toasted wood and spices such as cocoa. It is characterized by a strong ruby color, intense aroma and deep strong taste. This wine is full-bodied, velvety and harmonious.

Cantolio Cantine del Primitivo di Manduria

Primitivo di Manduria Tema Riserva

Dry red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. Carefully created Riserva from the vintage 2011 certainly is the best wine from the Cantolio cooperative. The emblematic bottle beautifully complements “genetic nobility” of Primitivo di Manduria (as the producer declares). Aged for many months in small French oak barrels brings out the huge potential of Southern Italy’s great wine. Supple and concentrated, rich in aromas, full-bodied and velvety not without reason gets recognition of wine connoisseurs. To appreciate it properly, this Riserva should be tasted paired with beef steak or aromatic game.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of forest fruit, cocoa, fruit jam.

Flavor: full, warm, velvety.

Food matching: excellent with meat dishes, mainly beef and game.

Chianti Rufina

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. A Chianti originating from the sub-zone of Rufina, located near Florence. It makes 5% of the whole Chianti region, and the wines produced in this sub-zone are considered classic of Chianti, which is famous and well-known in the whole world. Fruity notes of cherry and blackberry combine harmoniously with a deep and velvety structure. The Chianti Rufina is vinified in stainless steel, but part of the wine matures in oak barrels, thus the wine maintains rich aromas and taste not overwhelmed by wooden and vanilla notes. An excellent accompaniment with grilled meats and meat pasta sauces.

Settantacinque Copertino Rosso Riserva Speciale

A dry red wine made from native Puglia grapes, Negroamaro and Black Malvasia. The Riserva Speciale of Copertino Rosso is the best wine in the whole range of our producer. Thanks to a special selection of grapes and careful fermentation process this Riserva is of very high quality. It was aged for two years in wood, therefore is a full, velvety and harmonious wine. One can savour it without end, because it expresses the whole richness of the vineyards of southern Puglia.

Color: very intense burgundy.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of dry plum, cocoa, pepper, vanilla.
Flavor: warm, soft, elegant, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meats.

Casa Maschito

Biancospino

A dry white wine from the Moscato Bianco, a Moscato Reale variety from the surroundings of Maschito in Basilicata. It was clearly understood that we were delighted by red Aglianico, but the Biancospino (Italian for hawthorn) was a complete surprise to us. We haven’t long drunk such aromatic Moscato, in addition made as a ‘’secco’’ or dry wine. The aroma of ripe white grapes and equally ripe orange growing under southern sun can delight everybody, almost brilliant color encourages to taste endlessly. Stunning, especially for lovers of moderate dry wines, and certainly for ladies.
