The Spinello dei Falconi has a big potential of aromas and tastes, it is a beautifully structured wine with marked fruit. With lower acidity the wine can be alternative for white wines, being an elegant accompaniment with fish and seafood.

Nivasco Piemonte Brachetto

Sweet red lightly sparkling dessert wine. Unique in its kind because it is made from aromatic Brachetto grape variety - grown only in the Piedmont. Nivasco is the name of the valley, not too sunny and secluded by a stretch of woods, where are located the vineyards from which derives the Brachetto. Aromatic grapes are characterized by a high intensity of fragrances which then is marked in the wine. Thanks to its natural fermentation this light and pleasant wine with a lively and brilliant color retains its original aromas of strawberry and wild strawberry with a delicate hint of musk.

Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.

A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.

The wine produced from this vine is known throughout the world, also in Spumante version. Valamasca is a valley where is cultivated Moscato d‘Asti and an accurate translation of the name is Valle delle Masche what in the Piemontese dialect means valley of ghosts. This wine includes all aromas of the Moscato grape - orange blossom, sage, peach. It can be drunk any time of the day, whatever the occasion.
