A dry red wine made from native Sicily grapes, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappucino. It comes from vineyards situated between 650 and 750 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Etna volcano. The volcanic soil, on which grapes thrive, rich in minerals and lava, make the wines from the Etna DOC zone are characterized by rich aromas and unique delicateness. This wine was aged for 8 months in wood, in small French oak barrels - barriques, and then in large casks. A special selection of grapes originating from a vineyard called Fondo Filara.

Valamasca Moscato di Asti

A sweet white dessert lightly sparkling wine of the native grape of Piemonte, Moscato Bianco. This aromatic grape, dominating in Piemonte, and exactly in the Province of Asti, of the Moscato Bianco variety - White Moscato is also called nectar of the Gods, because of its sweetness. The wine produced from this vine is known throughout the world, also in Spumante version. Valamasca is a valley where is cultivated Moscato d‘Asti and an accurate translation of the name is Valle delle Masche what in the Piemontese dialect means valley of ghosts. This wine includes all aromas of the Moscato grape - orange blossom, sage, peach. It can be drunk any time of the day, whatever the occasion.

A dry red wine of Cannonau. It is the most famous and important red wine of Sardinia. The first evidence of Cannonau dates back to XIII-th century, probably is related to Spain‘s grape Alicante introduced to the island by the Spanish. Medium-dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, it is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The semisecco or medium-dry version is great match for the main course and desserts.

Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. Another Chianti from the sub-zone Rufina made by Dreolino, this, however, is a reserve Chianti Rufina of the 2016 year.
