A sweet red wine from the native Tuscan grape Aleatico. This local grape variety is well naturalized, above all, along the coast and in the Tuscan islands, but in the past was also cultivated in the middle of the region, then appreciated because of aromas and natural sweetness. Some time ago almost everywhere the guests were served a glass of Aleatico, while today more popular is Vin Santo. However, our partners from Fattoria San Michele have been planting a vineyard with Aleativo, continuing tradition.
