A sweet white sparkling wine with Moscato Giallo (Yellow Moscato). The only wine in the whole zone belonging to DOCG category. Naturally sweet wine with a beautiful name, Fior d’Arancio (Orange Blossom). Like other wines made from aromatic grape Moscato it is naturally sweet and has beautiful aromas, namely of orange blossom and ripe grape bunch. Supporters of sweet wines will be satisfied, it is in the top of Italian sweet wines. More famous locally than internationally, however awarded in many famous wine competitions like Decanter World Award and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Piedmonte boast of Moscato d’Asti, while Venetians savour their “Orange Blossom”.

Dry pink wine made from the indigenous aromatic Brachetto and Moscato Nero grapes. This wine is delicate and crisp, with a nice hint of aromas. The Bag in Box packaging of the wine is a guarantee of freshness even after opening, then its contents can be consumed up to 6 months.

Dry red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. An outstanding Primitivo beautifully called “Mare” or the Sea. The vineyards are located in the vicinity of the Ionic Sea, in the sandy soils alternating with the calcareous ones. It is a small area of land, where every work is done manually. The summer here is very hot and dry, with quite big day and night temperature differences, thanks to these factors the grapes contain a big potential of organic compounds – polyphenols. The presence of the sea makes the vine trees breath with salty air scenting of the Mediterranean Maquis. All these unique aromas are also present in the wine. The harvest is done early, until the middle of August, the wine after a short period of maturing in stainless steel ages for a few months in wood. Also “Mare” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received an award in Vinitaly 2014.

Dry white wine from Piedmont‘s native Cortese grape. The grateful grape variety, dominating throughout the Piedmont, called Cortese - which means polite, nice, depending on the method of vinification and the zone of origin gives great wine of Gavi type or a simple wine to drink with a meal, as our Piemonte Cortese. Delicate and light tastes good with fish and white meats.

A dry red wine from the autochthonous Freisa variety of Piedmont.In the dialect freisa means freesia, or flower, characterized by purple - red color. Hence the wine was named after its colour. The mentions about this grape variety date back to the late XIX-th century, then the wine obtained from the Freisa grape was already well-known and apprieciated, especially in Piedmont. Freisa from our producer was aged in wooden barrels, next was subjected to the short fermentation process in a big tank called ‘autoclave‘ . Hence Freisa is characterized by a slightly sparkling flavor and freshness. This wine is an excellent companion to grassy meats and charcuterie. Freisa of the Langhe region is a dry wine as opposed to Freisa of the Monferrato zone.

Dry white wine from the native Venetian grape Friulano. Tokai of Friuli, known colloquially as Friulano to not raise associations with the famous Hungarian wine, is an example of wine strongly linked to its territory. It occurs throughout the region, but depending on the area of origin change its characteristics. Friulano of the vineyard called Ronc de Schene has an interesting scent note, the wine is soft and very pleasant despite the relatively high alcohol content. It is perfect as an addition to an aperitif and light meals.

A dry red wine from Tuscan indigenous grape Sangiovese. A splendid Riserva vintage 2011 from special selection of Sangiovese grapes originating from a single vineyard called Tenuta La Gabbiola. It’s a classic Chianti, made with care, with organic wine certificate. The 2011 vintage was very good in Tuscany, some say it was a classic year, therefore it was possible to produce Riserva. Aged for 20 months in 2500 litre oak casks. The wine reflects the power and finesse of great Tuscan grape. Soft structure, power of alcohol and depth of aromas combine into the one whole. The lovers of classic Tuscan wines surely will be satisfied.

Sweet red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. The only one of 4 Puglias’s DOCGs established in 2011 that belongs to a naturally sweet variety of Primitivo called “dolce natural”. This unique wine is made thanks to the natural vinification process, the very sweet grapes remain on the vine trees until the middle of September, then are hand-picked and dried in appropriately ventilated rooms to accumulate high sugar content (50g/l). The wine has a beautiful aroma of ripe fruit and its taste delights by natural, fresh sweetness.

Flavor: soft, fresh, slightly honey, a hint of elegant tannins.
Food matching: to meditate, also an excellent accompaniment to shortcrust pastries and almond biscuits.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape. The documentary evidence of this variety dates from the XVIII century. Besides the Sangiovese it is one of the most popular red varieties in Central Italy. The Colline Teramane subzone, Italian for the hills around Teramo, was granted the DOCG status in 2003 and the quality or the wines from here is obtained thanks to the favorable microclimate and vicinity to the Adriatic Sea. An excellent 2007 vintage made it possible to create an equally good riserva made from a careful selection of grapes, full-bodied and extremely fruity. It was aged in wood and for a few months in the bottle.

Dry red wine of Campanian native grape called Barbera del Sannio. It comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento in the north-eastern part of the region. Usually associated with Piedmont, Barbera, cultivated here since two centuries, is, however, a different wine with other character than its cousin from the north. The local winegrowers proudly claim that their Barbera is much better. Indeed, is worth tasting to appreciate this pleasant wine scenting of fruit.
