A dry white wine of Passerina, Abruzzo‘s native grape. An indigenous monovarietal wine from the zone Colli Aprutini, located in the province of Teramo, in the north of the region along the coast of the Adriatic sea. With goldish reflections Passerina is an extremely pleasant and soft wine that delights by its delicateness as well as good structure.

Falanghina del Sannio

Dry white wine of Campanian native Falanghina grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. This grape variety had already been known in the Roman times, but was well naturalized in these areas at the beginning of the XIX century. The suitable climate, especially big temperature differences between day and night, provide excellent growing conditions for this white grape variety. Falanga in Latin means a pole supporting the vine, hence the name of the wine and grape variety. This is a well-structured wine, soft and with marked mineral note. Falanghina is one of the most famous wines of Campania, appreciated by so famous wine experts as Luigi Veronelli, which wrote about it: authentic and precious treasure.

Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

A dry red wine from the autochthonous Refosco grape of Veneto. The name of wine literally means a bunch of grapes in dark red color. The grape was introduced to Friuli by the Romans in the second century B.C.. It is a wine with a beautiful brilliant color and relatively high tannin content. Not aged in wood, but over time it becomes very delicate and gains depth.

Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia. Thanks to the favorable climate and soil conditions the local winemakers produce highest quality sparkling wines here, mainly from Chardonnay. As a result of the fact that the time of maturation of the wine on yeasts is extremely long, from 18 to 60 months, Franciacorta is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the whole world. Barbera labelled ‘Cavalé’ is made only in good vintages, 2011 for Piedmonte was classified as very good. Cavalé in dialect means Cavallero, therefore this wine is unique, because is the flagship wine of the estate and proof of quality. Hand set and careful selection of grapes from best exposed vineyards and long ageing in wood result in a sensational Barbera. 70% of wine aged in new small French oak barrels, 30% in barrels used for second or third time. Falerio Pecorino

A dry white wine of native Marche grape Pecorino . It originates from vineyards located in the south of the region near the town Ascoli Piceno. The name, pecora in Italian sheep, probably refers to the fact that vineyards were situated in high pastures, from which the herds of sheep were moving to the plains, according to the seasons. In the II century BC Cato classified the variety, he wrote that it was introduced to Italy by the Greeks originating from the surroundings of Salonika. The Falerio is obtained from careful selection of hand-picked grapes. The wine was fermented for a few months on the skins called fece nobili or fine lees.

Barbaresco Montestefano

A dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Nebbiolo grape. Next to Barolo, Barbaresco is the most famous wine of Piedmont, which is produced in three villages in the region - Barbaresco, Neive and Treiso. Our producer, Luigi Giordano, comes from Barbaresco. His vineyards are situated in the surrounding hills on the south and south-western slopes. Montestefano is the name of the oldest of the vineyards, which, thanks to iits deal exposition to the sun and location on the south, gives the perfect grapes. Their harvest done manually, the long fermentation process of wine and its ageing result in the creation of an outstanding Barbaresco. It ages in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and for another 12 months in the bottle .

Cinque Colli Riserva

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo grape with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. The name Cinque Colli signifying five hills is related to the zone of wine‘s origin, Controguerra. This zone consist of five towns in the province of Teramo win the northern part of the Abruzzo region. The riserva 2007 was aged for more than one year in wood and for a few months in the bottle. A blend of the local Montepulciano with Cabernet Sauvignon gives a robust wine, harmonious and warm.

Aroma: rich, complex, notes of black currant, blackberry, cocoa, black pepper.
Flavor: warm, soft, balanced.

A dry red wine made from native Campania grape Aglianico di Taurasi. A unique release of Aglianico made only in the best vintages, in total there is only 1280 bottles of the vintage 2012. The pearl in the crown for Tentuta Scuotto, the result of rigorous selection of grapes, careful fermentation and ageing, appealing by elegant label and the name „Stilla Maris”, meaning sea drop. The producers say it is “like a sea drop emerging from the most rigorous selection”. The quintessence of Scuotto’s winemaking, very original and carefully made, but above all originating from perfectly run vineyards.
