A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Barbera. Comes from the very heart of Monferrato located in the province of Asti. It‘s a basic version of Barbera, not aged in wood. A fresh and gently fruity red, excellent with every meal, mainly meat based dishes and meat sauces.

Rosso Fosco Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.

Gavi del Comune di Gavi "Ciarea"

A dry white wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Cortese. The variety naturalized in Piedmont for centuries gives fresh white wines, very ripe and delicate. And Gavi is the name of the town and DOCG zone located in the province of Alessandria near the border with Liguria. Cortese from Gavi combines the delicateness of Ligurian wines with structure of Piedmontese. The name Ciarea in the piedmontese dialect signifies a greeting, the word ciao.

Dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d’Asti of Piedmont. The name Tre Vescovi - Three Bishops refers to the meeting place of the bishops of Asti, Alessandria and Acqui Terme on one of the hills, which today belongs to the vineyards of the Cooperative. Anyone who had the pleasure to try this Barbera, certainly confirms its bouquet and a great pleasure to savour. It is a hit among our Barberas. The wine belongs to the category ‘Superiore‘ that is charecterized by higher flavor qualities and alcohol level thanks to the careful selection of grapes and ageing for a minimum of 12 months of which 7 in oak barrel.

Schiava Grigia

A dry red wine of native Alto Adige grape Schiava Grigia. This is one of the varieties that dominate in the whole region of Schiava, the name comes from the Italian word grigia - grey. This grape variety originating from vineyards situated 260-420 meters above sea level near Bolzano and Appiano provides a delicate wine with aromas of fresh cherry, slightly almond in the finish and above all matching well with the dishes of the local cuisine, often similar to Polish culinary tastes. A typical wine of Alto Adige, light, fruity and well-structured.

A dry red wine made from native Tuscany grape Sangiovese. Our friends from Castello di Meleto make their Chianti in the in purezza version or without addition of other grapes. Originating from three vineyards - Meleto, Casi and Poggiarso. This wine was subjected to ageing for 12 months in 5400-litres Slovenian oak casks.Chianti Classico at its best, perfect harmony of fruit and freshness of Sangiovese skillfully combined with elegance and finesse of wood. Dry white wine from the native Venetian grape Friulano. Tokai of Friuli, known colloquially as Friulano to not raise associations with the famous Hungarian wine, is an example of wine strongly linked to its territory. It occurs throughout the region, but depending on the area of origin change its characteristics. Friulano of the vineyard called Ronc de Schene has an interesting scent note, the wine is soft and very pleasant despite the relatively high alcohol content. It is perfect as an addition to an aperitif and light meals.

An indigenous monovarietal wine from the zone Colli Aprutini, located in the province of Teramo, in the north of the region along the coast of the Adriatic sea. Dry white wine from the indigenous Vernaccia di San Gimignano grape. Fiore means flower in Italian and reffers to the aroma and flavor bouquet of this exeptional wine . This version of Vernaccia is a natural juice squeezed from ripe grapes, which is then aged in steel tanks. The Contact of the grapes with the grape skins makes the wine is very elegant and velvety.

Nivasco Piemonte Brachetto

Sweet red lightly sparkling dessert wine. Unique in its kind because it is made from aromatic Brachetto grape variety - grown only in the Piedmont. Nivasco is the name of the valley, not too sunny and secluded by a stretch of woods, where are located the vineyards from which derives the Brachetto. Aromatic grapes are characterized by a high intensity of fragrances which then is marked in the wine. Thanks to its natural fermentation this light and pleasant wine with a lively and brilliant color retains its original aromas of strawberry and wild strawberry with a delicate hint of musk.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Magnum 1.5L

A dry white wine made from Marche‘s native Verdicchio grape. Its classic zone of origin is Castelli di Jesi – more than ten towns located near Jesi, among which Cupramontana, the town our producer is based. The vineyards are situated 360m above sea level on the area which once was the sea. The Verdicchio called Bordolese is a popular wine from Colonnara, obtained from hand-picked grapes. This wine in 1,5l bottles is willingly bought by our customers.

Aroma: quite intense, floral and fruity, notes of acacia, mimosa, kiwi, green apple and grapefruit.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral, slightly almond in the finish.
