Dry red wine of the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. An outstanding Primitivo beautifully called “Mare” or the Sea. The vineyards are located in the vicinity of the Ionic Sea, in the sandy soils alternating with the calcareous ones. It is a small area of land, where every work is done manually. The summer here is very hot and dry, with quite big day and night temperature differences, thanks to these factors the grapes contain a big potential of organic compounds – polyphenols. The presence of the sea makes the vine trees breath with salty air scenting of the Mediterranean Maquis. All these unique aromas are also present in the wine. The harvest is done early, until the middle of August, the wine after a short period of maturing in stainless steel ages for a few months in wood. Also “Mare” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received an award in Vinitaly 2014.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: notes of liquorice, forest fruit, vanilla.
Flavor: warm, soft, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with ragout sauce, grilled meats and game, seasoned cheeses.

A dry red wine made from native Sicilia grape Nero di Avola. A light wine to drink everyday after the meal, not aged in wood.

Aroma: rich, fruity, notes of cherry and morello.

Dry white wine from Chardonnay. The French grape variety is very well settled in the Piedmont and the local farmers willingly grown it at their vineyards. The practical packaging Bag in Box is a guarantee of freshness of the wine, even after it opened, the contents of the carton can be consumed up to 6 months.

Aroma: fruity with hints of peach.
Flavor: dry, delicate, crisp.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, very well with light appetizers and soups, good for dishes based on fish and eggs.

Dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native Nebbiolo grape, orginating from the Langhe area. The wine of kings and king of wines. Is an example of excellence in the production of fine wine, which is the flagship of the Piedmont. The Nebbiolo grape takes its name after ‘nebbia‘, fog, reminiscent of the picturesque landscape of the area in the late autumn, when the harvest vineyards are shrouded in thick fog. Barolo is aged for more than 38 months in large oak barrels. This wine is elegant and long-lived, some bottles tend to retain their flavor and aroma even after 20 years.
Color: burgundy, with shades of orange.
Aroma: intense, complex.
Flavor: notes of violet, rose, liquorice, tobacco, resin.
Food matching: for dishes based on red meats, roasts, venison, truffles, seasoned cheeses.

Dry sweet wine of Campanian grape called Moscato Bianco. White Moscato locally called Moscatelo comes from vineyards located in the hill areas in the surroundings of Castelvenere, in the province of Benevento, in the north-eastern part of the region. The aromatic grape of Moscato is also naturalized here, on clayey-calcareous soils and sunny vineyards in the south. The harvest is done the end of September the beginning of October, when Moscato grapes are very ripe. From grapes full of natural sweetness is obtained an excellent wine in the passito version. This term signifies the fermentation technique called in Italian appassimento that is drying of collected grapes on special racks in air-ventilated rooms. After the harvest grapes concentrate aromatic potential for more than a month and next are transformed into wine. The passito of our producer was aged for six months in wood.
Color: yellow with amber reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, complex, notes of ripe grapes, raisins, honey.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with desserts based on dry biscuits and cookies, gorgonzola-type cheese and Roquefort. Equally good as a wine for meditation and after the meal..

A dry red wine made from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. It originates from vineyards located in the hills of the region of Marche. It is a flagship wine of our producer, because it has uninterruptedly been produced since 1985. The Tornamagno is subjected to a careful, long fermentation. It is aged for more than 2 years in stainless steel tanks, then more than one year in French oak barriques, after that matures in the bottle. A fruity Montepulciano combines harmoniously with a decided, tannic Sangiovese.
Color: intense ruby red with burgundy reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: intense, rich, complex, notes of ripe fruit and cherry jam, rose petals and dried flowers.
Flavor: strong, velvety, warm, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with juicy meats with aromatic herbs, truffles, beef, pork, game, lamb flavoured with garlic and rosemary.

A dry white wine made from Marche‘s native Verdicchio grape. Its classic zone of origin is Castelli di Jesi – more than ten towns located near Jesi, among which Cupramontana, the town our producer is based. The vineyards are situated 360m above sea level on the area which once was the sea. The Verdicchio called Bordolese is a popular wine from Colonnara, obtained from hand-picked grapes. This wine in 1,5l bottles is willingly bought by our customers.
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections, shimmering.
Aroma: quite intense, floral and fruity, notes of acacia, mimosa, kiwi, green apple and grapefruit.
Flavor: dry, fresh, mineral, slightly almond in the finish.
Food matching: excellent with fish-based and seafood starters; fish, vegetable and seafood pasta sauces; boiled or fried fish flavored with rosemary, delicate white meats, raw ham, soft sheep cheese.

Dry red wine of Campania‘s native Piedirosso grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento. Besides famous Aglianico, this ancient grape variety is one of the most typical Campanian vines. The original dialectal name, Per e‘palummo, literally means dove‘s foot with its characteristic redish color, similarly the color of the steam and bunches of the Piedirosso. This wine is not aged in wood, nicely dry and soft, with a beautifully marked fruit note. An interesting native wine, worth testing with food.

Aroma: fruity, notes of raspberry and ripe cherry.
Flavor: dry, fruity, soft.
Food matching: excellent throughout a meal, with white meat-based dishes.

Dry red wine varietal Nebbiolo. Another version of the Valtellina Superiore called Prugnolo. It is a decorative shrub with red-purple fruit that grows on the slopes of vineyards situated at an altitude of up to 600 m above sea level. Aged for 12 months in small French oak barrels, previously used for aging the noblest variety of Valtellina, called Sfursat and for the next nine months in the bottle.
Color: ruby red .
Aroma: fruity, notes of plum, cherry, walnut.
Flavor: harmonious, elegant.
Food matching: ideal for red meats, venison and seasoned cheese.

Dry white wine of Chardonnay grape. It comes from the hilly vineyards on moreinic soils located on the eastern side of Lake Benaco in the region of Veneto. Its frizzante version or slightly sparkling is a light and crisp wine. A nice aromatic note of the Chardonnay highlights the values of this wine.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: fragrant, floral and fruity notes.
Flavor: crisp, fresh.
Food matching: ideal for aperitif, with light appetizers and hors d’ouvres, fish-based dishes.
