A dry white wine made of the native Campania grape Greco originating from the zone of Irpinia. Greco di Tufo is a white wine belonging to the DOCG category. Some people think that Greco di Tufo is the best wine among all southern Italian wines. The name of the grape, Greco di Tufo, suggests that it was brought along with the ancient Greeks, meanwhile the town of Tufo with its unique microclimate and soils created perfect conditions for growing this grape. The grape set is done in the mid of October, the wine after ageing for a few months in stainless steel is ready to be bottled in the spring after the harvest. I Casali Chianti Classico

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Canaiolo and Merlot. I Casali is the name of a vineyard from which originate the grapes used to make this wine. A high-quality, classic Chianti, characterized by all the merits of the grape – freshness, ripe fruit and gentle tannins. The grapes, collected manually, are carefully transformed into wine, which then matures for 12 months in 2500 litre oak casks. Our producer doesn’t intentionally use barriques to highlight beautiful cherry and violet notes of Sangiovese. Very drinkable.

Barbera di Asti "Baby"

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Barbera. Comes from the very heart of Monferrato located in the province of Asti. It‘s a basic version of Barbera, not aged in wood. A fresh and gently fruity red, excellent with every meal, mainly meat based dishes and meat sauces.

Aroma: fruity, fresh, notes of plum, Morello cherry, forest fruit.

Dry red wine with Merlot. A venetian Merlot from the eastern part of the region, from around Pramaggiore. Like every wine from Ornelia Belia it is well made- careful selection of ripe grapes, precise fermentation and ageing for a few months in stainless steel will satisfy enthusiasts of Merlots. A delicate and elegant wine, excellent with mushroom risotto.

Tradizionale Vernaccia

Dry white wine from the native Tuscan grape variety, Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Vernaccia s one of the oldest vines in Italy, the first mention of it comes from the Middle Ages. The name comes from the Latin Vernaculum, which means local. Vernaccia of San Gimignano is the most famous wine of the species. Tradizionale - a traditional vinification method is based on a long maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins, so that comes out their maximum natural flavor and aromas.

Vigne Sannite

Piedirosso

Dry red wine of Campania‘s native Piedirosso grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento. Besides famous Aglianico, this ancient grape variety is one of the most typical Campanian vines. The original dialectal name, Per e‘palummo, literally means dove‘s foot with its characteristic redish color, similarly the color of the steam and bunches of the Piedirosso. This wine is not aged in wood, nicely dry and soft, with a beautifully marked fruit note. An interesting native wine, worth testing with food.

Rosso Fosco Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro

Dry red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Catelvetro is characterized by intense fruity-winey notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, this is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The secco or dry version is a classic of Lambrusco. The wine, light and pleasant to drink, goes well with the local cuisine of Modena as well with cured meats and fatty dishes like shank of veal or hand of pork.

Dry white wine from the indigenous Tuscan grapes of Trebbiano Gentile Malvasia Bianca. According to historical writings this was a favorite wine of Tuscan peasants. It ferments in steel tanks, and then matures on the natural yeasts, which were formed in the fermentation process itself. Thanks to this gains softness and full-body while maintaining the richness of perfumes, due to the presence of an aromatic Malvasia.

It is a type of wine whose fermentation process takes place according to the classical method of producing champagne, was used in the Champagne region in France and in the Cava region in Spain. Franciacorta is a small area located in the Lombardy region around Brescia. Thanks to the favorable climate and soil conditions the local winemakers produce highest quality sparkling wines here, mainly from Chardonnay. As a result of the fact that the time of maturation of the wine on yeasts is extremely long, from 18 to 60 months, Franciacorta is considered one of the best sparkling wines in the whole world.
