A dry red wine of the autochthonous Sangiovese variety with an addition of Merlot. The name ‘Vigna Casi’ refers to a vineyard situated in the hills up to 450 meters. The indication ‘Riserva’ means the long ageing period of wine, which is used only for the best vintages. The 2005 vintage in Tuscany was good, thus the producer decided to make ‘Riserva’. The wine was aged in the proportion 50 to 50 in Slovenian oak barrels for 18 months and in French oak barriques (225l) for another 12 months, than was matured in bottle for another one year. Thanks to such a careful ageing process is crated a really great wine.
Colour: intense ruby red Aroma: fruity and floral notes of cherries, licorice, hyacinth, as derivatives of the aging tactile notes of vanilla, leather, tobacco, spices, soft tannins. Flavor: velvety, harmoniuous. Connecting to the food: meat-based dishes, including grilled meats, venison, cured cheese. Serving temperature 18° - 20 ° C. Alcohol content 13.5%
Sweet red wine from the indigenous Primitivo di Manduria grape. The only one of 4 Puglias’s DOCGs established in 2011 that belongs to a naturally sweet variety of Primitivo called “dolce natural”. This unique wine is made thanks to the natural vinification process, the very sweet grapes remain on the vine trees until the middle of September, then are hand-picked and dried in appropriately ventilated rooms to accumulate high sugar content (50g/l). The wine has a beautiful aroma of ripe fruit and its taste delights by natural, fresh sweetness.
Color: ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: rich, complex, notes of violet, forest fruit, black currant.
Flavor: soft, fresh, slightly honey, a hint of elegant tannins.
Food matching: to meditate, also an excellent accompaniment to shortcrust pastries and almond biscuits.

A dry red wine of Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. A wine labelled Basiclicata Rosso is a basic version of an excellent Aglianico grown on the area of an extinct volcano, Vulture. The vineyards situated on high slopes and late harvest make the wines obtained from the berries of this ancient grape variety are strong and concentrated. Not aged in wood, yet it has a very good structure, conserves fruit freshness and marked tannins typical for the grape. It’s an ideal accompaniment with the meal, best with meat dishes and sauces.

Flavor: dry, tannic.
Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes and meat sauces.

A dry red wine of Montepulciano di Abruzzo. Clivis is the name of Colonnella‘s range. It is a Montepulciano with beautiful aroma notes and intense color tending towards violet hues. Aged for six months in French oak barrels.

Aroma: complex, vinous; notes of cherry and forest fruit, delicate wood.
Flavor: full, soft, velvety.
Food matching: excellent with dishes based on red meats, game, seasoned cheeses.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. A Prosecco in a Superiore version or of higher quality and alcohol content, Millesimato or vintage edition, in the Extra dry style, with the sugar content at 18 gr/l. Produced from special selection of grapes originating from a single vineyard called “Ru”. A lush wine, carefully worked out, extremely harmonious and mild.
Color: straw yellow, shimmering.
Perlage: fine, numerous.
Aroma: fruity, citrus, lemon, cedar, acacia blossom, wisteria.
Flavor: crisp, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, and also as an elegant accompaniment with fish, sea food, also raw fish, oyster, crab, light white meat dishes.

A dry red wine of Piedmont‘s autochthonous Nebbiolo grape. This is another version of Barbaresco from the same manufacturer, coming from a vineyard called Cavanna, located in the village of Barbaresco with exposure to the West. Like other versions of this noble wine, it is aged in large Slovenian oak barrels for 24 months and in the bottle for at least six months .
Color: burgundy, brilliant.
Aroma: notes of cherries, preserves of red fruit, violet, rose; delicate notes of spices, resin.
Flavor: dry, full, aristocratic.
Food matching: pasta stuffed with meat, venison roasts, red meats, stewed meats .
Serving temperature: 16/18°C.

Dry red wine with Merlot. A venetian Merlot from the eastern part of the region, from around Pramaggiore. Like every wine from Ornelia Belia it is well made- careful selection of ripe grapes, precise fermentation and ageing for a few months in stainless steel will satisfy enthusiasts of Merlots. A delicate and elegant wine, excellent with mushroom risotto.
Color: vivid red with violet hues.
Aroma: notes of blackberry, wild grass, red fruits.
Flavor: gently tannic, balanced, pleasant.
Food Matching: perfect for mushroom risotto, risotto alla milanese with saffron, pastas and ravioli filled with meat.

Dry red wine of Campania‘s native Piedirosso grape. It comes from the vineyards located in the surroundings of Monte Taburno, the Taburno Mount, in the province of Benevento. Besides famous Aglianico, this ancient grape variety is one of the most typical Campanian vines. The original dialectal name, Per e‘palummo, literally means dove‘s foot with its characteristic redish color, similarly the color of the steam and bunches of the Piedirosso. This wine is not aged in wood, nicely dry and soft, with a beautifully marked fruit note. An interesting native wine, worth testing with food.

Aroma: fruity, notes of raspberry and ripe cherry.
Flavor: dry, fruity, soft.
Food matching: excellent throughout a meal, with white meat-based dishes.

Dry white wine made from native Sardinia grape varieties Vernaccia and Vermentino. An extremely elegant and original wine aged in small French oak barrels. It comes from the Valle del Tirso zone, the River Tirso Valley, in the north-eastern part of the isle. The name Terresinis is a picturesque territory of the Sinis penisula. In general Sardinia is assocciated with Vermentino, however in this zone has in its offer also equally good but less known Vernaccia. Delicate and at the same time well-structured, aromatic and rich. A wine that will certainly satisfy white wine lovers.
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: aromatic, notes of ripe pineapple, melon, a hint of vanilla.
Flavor: full, soft, harmonious.
Food matching: excellent with fish and sea food based dishes, white meats in sauce.
Serving temperature: 12°/14°C.

Dry red wine made from Nebbiolo grape. This is a riserva of the Valtellina Superiore version, obtained from the best vineyards in the Inferno subzone, the most rocky of all denominations belonging to the Valtellina Superiore. Aged for 15 months in small French oak barrels, and for almost two years in the bottle. A wine with a great structure and power, ideal for dishes based on meat.
Color: red ruby.
Aroma: delicate, complex, fruity, spicy, toasted wood.
Flavor: velvety, harmonious.
Food matching: for red meats and venison, seasoned cheeses.
