A dry red wine from the native Basilicata grape Aglianico del Vulture. If there are unique wines, one of these certainly is La Terrazza. As its producer says “it’s a result of sacrifice and love for vineyards” yielding this marvelous wine. Made from best selection of grapes harvested late at the end of November, aged for two years in small oak barrels, and for one year in the bottle. Actually, the weight and dimensions of the bottle make quite an impression, but more impressing are its contents. A velvety winey nectar that can be derived only from this modest and far corner of Italy. It’s a wine for special occasions and above all for people who can appreciate the charm of authentic wine that doesn’t need advertisement.
Color: ruby red with orangereflections,shimmering Aroma: complex, rich, ethereal, balsamic Flavor: warm, velvety almost dense Food matching: excellent with tasty meat-based dishes, lamb, seasoned cheeses. The bottle should be opened at least a few hours before serving.
A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. Extra dry is the most popular version of this wine, mild dry with the sugar content at 13 gr/l, while Superiore indicates special selection of grapes and higher alcohol content. In the classic and picturesque zone of Valdobbiadene the hillside vineyards yield ripe Glera grapes, carefully transformed into the wine, that is famous all over the world. Light and crispy, virtually goes well with every dish. A glass of Prosecco quenches thirst and stimulates appetite.

Aroma: notes of apple, lemon, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom, wisteria.

Dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Dolcetto grape. The name comes from the Italian dolce - sweet, but it does not apply to the species of wine, because it is slightly dry. On the other hand refers to the natural sweetness of the Dolcetto grapes. Thanks to its lightness the wine tastes especially the ladies and in addition goes well with practically every meal, provided that they are not heavy and structural dishes.
Color: ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: delicate, fruity, violet.
Flavor: slightly tannic, harmonious.
Food matching: entire meal, from appetizers to the main course.

Dry red wine made from Piedmontese native Ruche grape. The classic growing zone of this grape variety is made up of several towns in the province of Asti, among which Castagnole Monferrato. Its origins are uncertain, but this wine is known by an intense aroma bouquet with notes of rose and violet. For many years this grape variety was known only locally, then was almost forgotten, only in the 80-s of the XX century Ruche regained its place among original and unique wines of Piedmont.
Color: ruby red, shimmering.
Aroma: complex, aromatic, notes of rose, violet, ripe cherry, raspberry, apricot.
Flavor: velvety, soft, full.
Food matching: perfect with dishes based on meats and meat sauces, excellent with game: hare, boar, deer.

Dry red wine from native Tuscany grape Prugnolo Gentile. In relation to the basic version of the Nobile wine, Riserva means longer ageing period of wine. This wine was developed from specially selected grapes from a vineyard called Gracciano that gives strong wines with rich texture. The 2007 vintage allowed to make such a selection, because it belongs to the so-called good vintages for Tuscany. Riserva was aged for three years, two of which in large French oak barrels and one year in the bottle. This wine perfectly brings out its values in pairing with dishes based on red meats, preferably beef.
Color: ruby red, with crimson reflections.
Aroma: notes of floral, violet and fruit, cherry, soft wood, leather , tobacco.
Flavor: a warm, velvety, elegant, gently tannic.
Food matching: dishes based on meat sauces, venison, for red meats, seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C (open the bottle at least an hour before serving)
Alcohol: 14,6%.
Dry pink wine made from the indigenous aromatic Brachetto and Moscato Nero grapes. This wine is delicate and crisp, with a nice hint of aromas. The Bag in Box packaging of the wine is a guarantee of freshness even after opening, then its contents can be consumed up to 6 months.

A dry red wine made of native Campania grape Aglianico. It’s a variety called Aglianico of Taurasi, a noble clone of the grape naturalized in the zone of Irpinia. Depending on the growing zone this ancient grape of Greek origin gives wine with very intense color and flavor. The producer’s basic version of Aglianico comes from vineyards situated 400m above sea level and is harvested in the mid of October. Not aged in wood, thus intense aromas of fresh fruit, very warm and gentle flavors. Excellent with food, best paired with meat dishes, especially grilled meat.
Color: intense ruby red.
Aroma: intense fruit, notes of black currant, black berry, black fruit jam.
Flavor: dry, warm, rounded, fresh.
Food matching: excellent with meat dishes, roast and grilled meats.

Sweet white dessert sparkling wine of Piedmont‘s native Moscato Bianco grape variety (White Moscato). It is an aromatic grape orginating in the classical area around Asti, and is considered the best among the whole Moscato grape family because of its aromatic flavor. The production of this sweet sparkling wine began in the mid-nineteenth century and Asti Spumante has been enjoying great success up to the present throughout the world. It is a great companion to desserts and a naturally sweet and aromatic wine to sip.
Color: brilliant straw yellow .

Aroma: aromatic, notes of white peach, orange blossom, ripe grapes.
Flavor: sweet, crisp.
Food matching: perfect for all kinds of desserts, salads with fresh fruits, perfectly fits with peaches.

A sweet white wine from the native Tucan grapes Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano. Thanks to the commitment and great care of Fattoria the result is an excellent Vin Santo. First the grapes are dried on special grids from December until March (depending on the vintage) the following year after the harvest, then after rigorous selection only the best grapes are transformed into the wine. The process of fermentation is done in small 100- litre barrels (caratelli) made from various wood, chestnut, cherry, oak and mulberry. As many as 5 years of ageing is necessary to make a small bottle of Vin Santo, which then you can savour with great pleasure. An outstanding wine, charming and worth recommendation.
Color: amber with copper hues.
Aroma: sweet, notes of honey, dry apricots, figs, dates, ethereal.
Flavor: warm, velvety, very finesse.
Food matching: because of its elegance and great structure we do not recommend the classic pairing with Tuscan cantucci, it would be too banal. You will get more satisfaction if contemplate with it in the late tranquil afternoon or in the evening. Excellent with matured goat and sheep cheeses or with a good Tuscan liver terrine.
