Dry red wine from Piedmont‘s native Barbera d’Alba grapes produced in the Alba zone. In relation to the ordinary Barbera, this version of wine, as the name suggests, was subjected to aging in small French oak barrels - barrique for almost a year. Therefore, its structure is stronger and definitely enhances the typical notes of toasted wood and spices such as cocoa. It is characterized by a strong ruby color, intense aroma and deep strong taste. This wine is full-bodied, velvety and harmonious.
Color: red, ruby red, intense.
Flavor: velvety, long-lasting in the mouth.
Aroma: intense notes of ripe plum, blackberry and cocoa.
Food matching: large structure first courses, braised and cooked meats, medium seasoned cheeses, cured meats.
Serving temperature: 16°/18°C.

A dry white sparkling wine made from native Veneto grape Glera. It’s Prosecco in Superiore Brut version, little more dry than Extra Dry, with the sugar content below 6 gr/l. Long lasting bubbles or perlage highlight its unique freshness and gentle fruity aromas. An extremely pleasant wine.
Color: straw yellow, shimmering.
Perlage: fine, numerous.
Aroma: notes of apple, lemon, pink grapefruit, acacia blossom, wisteria.
Flavor: crisp, long lingering aftertaste.
Food matching: perfect as an aperitif, and also as an elegant accompaniment with fish, cured meats, risottos with vegetable and fish.

Sweet dessert white wine made from indigenous Moscato variety. White Moscato of Piedmont in passito is a naturally sweet dessert wine. The grapes undergo the drying process in specially air-conditioned rooms, next follows the process of vinification. First the naturally sweet nectar of the grapes is fermented in small French oak barrels, then it is bottled. Thanks to this process, the wine takes on marked aromas and strong power.
Color: yellow, amber.
Aroma: aromatic, dried fruit, vanilla and almonds.
Flavor: sweet, velvety.
Food matching: perfect for desserts, nut cakes, zabaione creams.
Serving temperature: 10°/12°C.

A dry red wine of the autochthonous Barbera d‘Asti grape variety of Piedmont. The grapes were sellected from the vineyards located in the Barbera d‘Asti DOC Nizza subzone. The vineyards are situated in the hills, open to sun, on lime-sandy soils. Laudana is the name of vineyards yielding ripe grapes from which is made this fine wine. Moreover, the zone is considered by the local growers as the best grapegrowing area of Barbera. The harvest is done manually. After ten days of fermentation of grape juice in contact with the skins, part of the fresh wine goes to large wooden casks with a capacity of 750 litres and part to barriques. After 18 months of ageing in wood and next in the bottle, this Laudana wine is ready to drink

Aroma: intensive, ethereal, slightly spicy with notes of delicately expressed wood.
Flavor: velvety, long lasting in the mouth.
Food matching: dishes based on red, grilled and stewed meats; dishes based on mashroom; game; seasoned, blue, spicy cheeses.

Dry red wine from native Piedmont grape Barbera. A wine boxed in a practical cardboard packaging, bag in box type with a capacity of 3 liters. The contents of the bag in box can be consumed within 6 months after opening and its practical tap enables an easy dosage of wine and prevents its oxidation.

Food matching: very well with all the dishes, from appetizers to the main course.

Medium-sweet red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. Among all four types of Lambrusco, classified as DOC, it is a full-bodied wine with the best structure. The amabile or medium-sweet version will satisfy fresh and sweet wine lovers.
Color: intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Aroma: aromatic, intense, winey, notes of ripe forest fruit.
Flavor: fresh, soft, rounded.
Food matching: best with desserts, dry cookies, biscuits.
Serving temperature: 13°/15°C.

Dry red wine made from Nebbiolo grape. The finest wine from Valtellina, called Sfursat, which in Italian means strengthened as it has great depth and power. These features thanks to a special technique of drying the grapes in properly ventilated rooms. The grapes remain there until December following the harvest, to concentrate the maximum sugars and aromas. It‘s really excellent wine aged for nearly two years in large French oak barrels and then in the bottle. Sfursat is a wine for special occasions, excellent on lamb.
Color: burgundy, deep.
Aroma: intense, spicy notes of coffee, cocoa, roasted nuts, dried grapes.
Flavor: warm, velvety and harmonious.
Food matching: ideal for red meats, game, lamb and seasoned cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18°/20°C.

Dry red wine made from the indigenous Tuscan Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia grape varieties. It is a traditional Chianti recipe, which, thanks to the addition of white grapes makes the wine soft and light. The name Garrulo is a bird that visits the Montenidoli vineyard. Chianti is a type of wine to drink on a daily basis, nicely seasoned.
Color: ruby red, lustrous.
Aroma: floral and fruity notes.
Flavor: slightly tannic, long felt in the mouth.
Food matching: recommended for tomato-based dishes and tomato sauces, to grilled meats, vegetable casseroles, .
