Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. A Chianti originating from the sub-zone of Rufina, located near Florence. It makes 5% of the whole Chianti region, and the wines produced in this sub-zone are considered classic of Chianti, which is famous and well-known in the whole world. Fruity notes of cherry and blackberry combine harmoniously with a deep and velvety structure. The Chianti Rufina is vinified in stainless steel, but part of the wine matures in oak barrels, thus the wine maintains rich aromas and taste not overwhelmed by wooden and vanilla notes.
