A dry white wine of Piedmont‘s native grape, Cortese. The variety naturalized in Piedmont for centuries gives fresh white wines, very ripe and delicate. And Gavi is the name of the town and DOCG zone located in the province of Alessandria near the border with Liguria. Cortese from Gavi combines the delicateness of Ligurian wines with structure of Piedmontese. The name Ciarea in the piedmontese dialect signifies a greeting, the word ciao.

Dry white sparkling wine from the Chardonnay variety, belonging to the typology of Franciacorta. Medium-sweet red sparkling wine of the indigenous grape, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro. It comes from the vineyards located on the hilly areas to the south of Modena. Made by the Charmat method or re-fermentation in large pressure tanks, with its characteristic crimson color and rich foam which are the attributes of the wine, the variety of Grasparossa di Castelvetro is characterized by intense winey and fruity notes. The Italian term means a special vinification technique, involving the fermentation on Valpolicella grapes, which were used in the production of Amarone, the most precious wines of Valpolicella belonging to the species. This process continues for about 15 days, after which the wine is subjected to aging in wooden casks for over a year. Ripasso wine is strongly built and elegant.

A dry red wine made of native Campania grape Aglianico. It’s a variety called Aglianico of Taurasi, a noble clone of the grape naturalized in the zone of Irpinia. Depending on the growing zone this ancient grape of Greek origin gives wine with very intense color and flavor. The producer’s basic version of Aglianico comes from vineyards situated 400m above sea level and is harvested in the mid of October.
