Dry white wine from the native Piedmont grape Cortese(100%). Cortese is the most popular white grape variety of Piedmont, which gives a wine with good structure and a slightly aromatic note. Cortese is the Italian adjective meaning nice, polite, just like the wine made from this grape, which easily adapts to the climate and soil conditions of the areas where it is grown. The practical packaging Bag in Box is a guarantee of freshness of the wine, even after opening, the contents of the carton can be consumed within 6 months.

Dry white wine with Trebbiano Toscano. Apart from high quality wines in the range of Dreolino there are also table wines, ideal for accompaniment to lunch or supper. A fresh aroma and a delicate fruity note make it a pleasant wine to enjoy with food. As all the wines made of Trebbiano is of high acidity, but gently dry.

Dry red wine made from the autochthonous Grignolino grape of Piedmont. The dialect name grignole means grape seeds and refers to the lightness of the wine and the distinctive pale red color. Wine traditionally associated with Piedmont and very popular among its residents. Italian wine expert, Luigi Veronelli, wrote of it as an anarchic wine, as the Grignolino grape is difficult to grow, responding to changing weather conditions. Its advantage is the richness of aromas and good structure, some vintages highlight their advantages after maturing a few years in the bottle. It is also a wine not aged in wood, so it retains its originality and vitality.

Color: very bright red.
Aroma: fruity notes of cherry, pomegranate, raspberry.
Flavor: slightly tannic, with a delicate hint of bitter.
Food matching: appetizers based on cured meats, with soups, cooked and fried meats.

A sweet white wine from the native Tucan grapes Trebbiano Toscano and San Colombano. Thanks to the commitment and great care of Fattoria the result is an excellent Vin Santo. First the grapes are dried on special grids from December until March (depending on the vintage) the following year after the harvest, then after rigorous selection only the best grapes are transformed into the wine. The process of fermentation is done in small 100- litre barrels (caratelli) made from various wood, chestnut, cherry, oak and mulberry. As many as 5 years of ageing is necessary to make a small bottle of Vin Santo, which then you can savour with great pleasure. An outstanding wine, charming and worth recommendation.

Color: amber with copper hues.

Aroma: sweet, notes of honey, dry apricots, figs, dates, ethereal.

Flavor: warm, velvety, very finesse.

Food matching: because of its elegance and great structure we do not recommend the classic pairing with Tuscan cantucci, it would be too banal. You will get more satisfaction if contemplate with it in the late tranquil afternoon or in the evening. Excellent with matured goat and sheep cheeses or with a good Tuscan liver terrine.

Red wine with a strong personality obtained only by the vinification of selected grapes from the smallest, most rocky areas of the Valtellina Superiore territories. Manual harvest on the third week of October.At the end of a slow maceration, it matures for almost two years in Slavonian oak barrels. After which, it refines in bottles, in our cellars for at least 1 year before it is marketed.It’s a well-structured and elegant red wine, expressing itself at its best after 3-4 years of maturation.

Color: brilliant ruby red.
Aroma: delicate, subtle.
Flavor: appropriately tannic, harmonious.
Food matching: Red meat, game and cheese.

A dry white wine from the Moscato Bianco, a Moscato Reale variety from the surroundings of Maschito in Basilicata. It was clearly understood that we were delighted by red Aglianico, but the Biancospino (Italian for hawthorn) was a complete surprise to us. We haven’t  long drunk such aromatic Moscato, in addition made as a ‘’secco’’ or dry wine. The aroma of ripe white grapes and equally ripe orange growing under southern sun can delight everybody, almost brilliant color encourages to taste endlessly. Stunning, especially for lovers of moderate dry wines, and certainly for ladies.

A dry red wine made from the Cabernet Franc grape. This grape variety orginating in France is generaly blended with Merlot, its "pure" version is a perfect example of a wine with a fairly good structure, combining well with most meat-based dishes. This wine from our producer located in Friuli was not aged in wood.

A dry white wine made from the native Campania grape Falanghina originating from the province of Benevento. A wine with a gentle name and rich profile of aromas and flavors. Like other local Campanian white grapes Falanghina gives well-structured wines. Low acidity but gently crisp, hard to put the glass back down, great match with fish and sea-food.

Color: straw yellow with goldish hues.

Aroma: gently fruity, notes of peach and pineapple.

Flavor: dry, crisp, expressed.

Food matching: excellent with fish and sea-food, especially „pesce all’acqua pazza” oven-baked fish with the addition of small tomatoes and aromatic spices, also white meats in sauce.

A dry red wine of the indigenous Sangiovese Grosso grape variety. Brunello is one of the most famous wines of Tuscany. Its recipe was developed in the nineteenth century, and according to this formula the wine has to mature for 4 months before going on sale. The vineyards of our supplier, Luigi Anania, are situated in the southern slopes, well sunned and properly ventilated, in the surrounding area of Montalcino. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 42 months. Brunello is an elegant and demanding wine. Its bottle must be open at least a few hours before serving to bring out a wealth of aromas and flavors.

Aroma: notes litter forest preserves of red fruit, black pepper, cinnamon.
Flavor: velvety, harmonious and elegant.
Food matching: to red meats, roast meat, venison, seasoned cheeses.

A dry white wine from the autochthonous Manzoni Bianco grape variety of Veneto. It owes its name to a Venetian scientist Luigi Manzoni which between 1930 and 1935 made a cross of Pinot Bianco and Resling Renano. The wine combines the elegance of Pinot Bianco with the aromatic wealth of Resling.

Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: delicate, aromatic, scent with honey notes.
Flavor: dry, mineral, rounded.
Food matching: best with aperitifs, hors d’oeuvres, delicate cheeses and fish.
