    A dry red wine of Basilicata’s native grape, Aglianico del Vulture. Another Aglianico  made from a selection of grapes collected at the end of October from vineyards situated on volcanic-clayey soils. After ageing for 18 months in small French oak barrels it’s a wine of a perfect structure and very fresh at the same time. The name “Bottaia” signifying  “a cellar with barrels” refers to the already mentioned place, where this noble wine ages and matures. It’s already outstanding now, but after two or three years it will taste even better.

    Color: ruby red with orange reflections, shimmering.

    Aroma: complex, rich, notes of cherry jam, vanilla, pepper.

    Flavor: warm, harmonious, tannic.

    Food matching: excellent with meat-based dishes, also grilled meat.

    Serving temperature: 18°/20°C.

    Alcohol content: 14,5%.

    A dry red wine made from native Piedmont grape Nebbiolo, from Lampia and Michet varieties. Another Barolo, but this time from a smaller appellation limited to around the town of Barolo, these are vineyards of Preda and part of the Sarmassa zone. Preda consist of soils formed by sandstones, while Sarmassa is mostly of limy-clayey soils with the addition of loams. These two different types of soils, on which the vineyards are situated, have an impact on the wine that is produced. Barolo del Comune di Barolo is a wine with great balance and harmony, fresh and with a beautiful aroma, powerful and with great potential. It can be freely drunk two or three years after bottling, you will be surprised by its charm. Aged for 18 months in French oak 500-litres casks.

    Color: intense ruby red.
    Aroma: full, intense, well pronounced notes of red fruits, oak and vanilla.
    Flavor: rich, harmonious, intense fruit and balanced tannins.
    Food Matching: ideal for dishes on the base of meat, excellent with beef steaks, long seasoned chesses.

    A dry red wine made from native Puglia grape Primitivo. An extremely pleasant wine with rich aromas, soft and warm. One of the most typical Puglian wines, very liked by Polish customers because of its moderate acidity. Delights by its intense color and notes of fruity jam. An necessary accompaniment with grilled meats.

    A dry red wine made from native Puglia grape Primitivo di Manduria. The DOC Manduria appellation is more than ten towns, mostly in the province of Taranto and only 3 in the province of Brindisi, where the Primitivo grape dominating in the whole region gives best results, namely excellent and concentrated wine. The name „Mandonion” refers to the cultivation of war horses by the ancient people of Messapii who lived in the areas of the appellation (the name Manduria probably derives from Messapia). The vineyards are located along the coast of Ionic Sea, the harvest is done until the middle of September, the wine ages in wood for a few months. „Mandonion” was awarded a gold medal in the competition Berliner Wine Trophy 2014 and received the award Gran Menzione in the Vinitaly 2014.       

    Color: intense ruby red.

    Aroma: notes of black currant, raspberry, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Flavor: warm, soft, velvety.

    Food matching: excellent with pasta e fagioli (thick soup with pasta and beans), lasagna, greasy sausages, lamb, roast leg of pork.

    Serving temperature: 16°/18°C.

    A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grape Sangiovese with the addition of Syrah. Tenuta La Gabbiola is the name of a vineyard where the grapes are grown organically using the minimum of chemicals. Clayey-sandy soils yield ripe grapes of Sangiovese and Syrah with a big aromatic potential. The harvest is done manually, after more than ten days of fermentation the young wine goes to 2500 litre oak casks, where it matures for more than one year. After such ageing the wine develops the whole wealth of aromas and flavors of excellent Chianti Classico maintaining the balance between delicate hints of wood and fresh fruit. Very good.

    Aroma: intense, long lasting, fruity and floral notes with accents of black pepper.

    Flavor: warm, soft, fresh, harmonious.

    Dry red wine made from native Tuscany grapes Sangiovese and Colorino. A Chianti originating from the sub-zone of Rufina, located near Florence. It makes 5% of the whole Chianti region, and the wines produced in this sub-zone are considered classic of Chianti, which is famous and well-known in the whole world. Fruity notes of cherry and blackberry combine harmoniously with a deep and velvety structure. The Chianti Rufina is vinified in stainless steel, but part of the wine matures in oak barrels, thus the wine maintains rich aromas and taste not overwhelmed by wooden and vanilla notes. An excellent accompaniment with grilled meats and meat pasta sauces.

    Dry red wine from the native Piedmont Barbera d‘Asti grape.                      This unusual Barbera, developed specifically for the 50th Anniversary of establishment of the Agricultural Cooperative Vinchio-Vaglio Serra, expresses the best of the vineyards located on the slopes of the villages Vinchio Vaglio Serra. Specially selected grapes from the oldest vineyards, 60-and 80-year old as indicated by the name Vecchie Vigne - Old Vines - were subjected only to natural fermentation with no oak barrel aging. The result was an excellent wine, which gives the impression of a vinous nectar.

    Flavor: velvety, full, long-lasting in the mouth.

    Red wine with a strong personality obtained only by the vinification of selected grapes from the smallest, most rocky areas of the Valtellina Superiore territories. Manual harvest on the third week of October.At the end of a slow maceration, it matures for almost two years in Slavonian oak barrels. After which, it refines in bottles, in our cellars for at least 1 year before it is marketed.It’s a well-structured and elegant red wine, expressing itself at its best after 3-4 years of maturation.

    Dry red wine made from the autochthonous Piedmontese Barbera d‘Alba grape. The Barbera is one of the oldest and most popular grape varieties of Piedmont. Depending on the zone in which it grows, has diffrent aromas and flavors. Barbera from Alba is different from the Barberas of Asti and Monferrato. It has a more intense scent and is less acidic. Barbera d‘Alba from our producer Luigi Giordano is an example of perfection of this traditional Piemontese wine. It comes in a vineyard called Buschet. For 4 months aged in Slovenian oak barrels and then matures for three months in the bottle.
