Dry white wine of Chardonnay. It comes from the Appiano zone near Bolzano characterized by a richness of hill-side vineyards situated 420-500 meters above sea level. This international grape variety is often associated with barrel-aged wines, scenting and reminding of dull vanilla. Muri Gries' Chardonnay differs radically from these aged in wood. This is crystal clear, with aromas of exotic fruits, citrus and with delicate note of dry hay.

A dry white wine made of the native Campania grape Greco originating from the zone of Irpinia. Greco di Tufo is a white wine belonging to the DOCG category. Some people think that Greco di Tufo is the best wine among all southern Italian wines. The name of the grape, Greco di Tufo, suggests that it was brought along with the ancient Greeks, meanwhile the town of Tufo with its unique microclimate and soils created perfect conditions for growing this grape. The grape set is done in the mid of October, the wine after ageing for a few months in stainless steel is ready to be bottled in the spring after the harvest. A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. Like the Cuvee Maria Vittoria is also a sparkling wine made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, but the base wine matures only in stainless steel.  After 36 months of refermentation in the bottle, this elegant Brut can meet the demands of enthusiasts of best French champagne. It is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. A uniquely harmonious sparkler, the jewel in the crown of Nebbiolo range, great grape of Piedmont and Valtelina, with various manifestations.

A dry pink sparkling wine made of native Valtelina grapes, Nebbiolo, Pignola, Rossola. A sparkler made by metodo classico or refermentation on the yeast, from the 2009 vintage, which was very good. Part of the base wine matures in small French oak barrels used for second or third time, part in stainless steel. Two parts of the wine are blended together and then begins a long and careful process of refermentation in the bottle for 60 months. Aldo Rainoldi makes excellent red wines, and this Cuvee is a lush sparkling wine made from a careful selection of grapes originating from the terraced vineyards of Valtelina situated 600 m above sea level. „Nature” is a very dry wine, elegant and solemn at the same time. On special occasions. Only 800 bottles of Cuvee is made for best vintages.

Dry red wine from native Tuscany grape Prugnolo Gentile with the addition of Merlot. This is the basic version of the noble wine Nobile, subjected to a shorter half-year aging in French oak barrels. It is thus a delicate wine, but marked by gentle fruit and good structure.

A dry red wine of native Puglia grape Negroamaro. Puglian rosé wines are highly appreciated by connoisseurs and lovers of this variety of wine. The Spinello dei Falconi has a big potential of aromas and tastes, it is a beautifully structured wine with marked fruit. With lower acidity the wine can be alternative for white wines, being an elegant accompaniment with fish and seafood.

Sweet dessert white wine made from indigenous Moscato variety. White Moscato of Piedmont in passito is a naturally sweet dessert wine. The grapes undergo the drying process in specially air-conditioned rooms, next follows the process of vinification. First the naturally sweet nectar of the grapes is fermented in small French oak barrels, then it is bottled. Thanks to this process, the wine takes on marked aromas and strong power.

Dry red wine obtained from the combination of the three indigenous Venetian grapes, Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara. In this way arises one of the most popular wines of the region, called Bardolino.

The name is the same as a town situated on Lake Garda, around which extends the classical zone of this red. The Bardolino line Ca Vegar  is not aged in wood, according to the traditional method of production of this wine. It is a young and light wine, pleasantly fruity. Goes well with most food and is a typical wine with the meal.

Dry red wine of Cannonau. Great potential of Cannonau is best presented by the Riserva, aged for more than 12 months in small French oak barrels. Corash is the name of an ancient town of Cornus. This wine delights by its deep color and rich, velvety structure. It is an excellent accompaniment with aromatic dishes based on meats and game.

Color: burgundy with purple reflections.
Aroma: rich, notes of plum, blackberry, toasted wood.
Flavor: soft, full, warm.
