A dry red wine made from native Sardinia grape Nieddera. It is an extremely unique wine made from a grape of ancient origin coming from the zone called Valle del Tirso, the River Tirso Valley. Nieddu is the Sardinian dialect for black, similar is the color of Nieddera wine. Its rich structure not only results from the potential of fruit but also from a special process of vinification. After a few months after the harvest young wine is poured into big French oak barrels called tonneau and into small barriques, in which it matures at constant temperature for 10 months. Rich and consistent with a beautiful aromatic note.

A dry red wine from the native Tuscan grapes Ciliegiolo and Canaiolo with the addition of Red Malvasia and Montepulciano. An interesting wine with a beautiful name Chicchirossi, Italian for red grape bunch, reflecting the charm of Tuscany, what’s interesting, without the addition of Sangiovese. It’s a conscious and little teasing choice of the producer to bring out the potential of lesser- known but equally interesting grape varieties. Malvasia and Ciliegiolo give a strong fruity aftertaste, Canaiolo and Montepulciano strengthen its structure and make it round. Harvesting done manually (with an additional selection of grapes just before fermentation) and ageing for more than 12 months in small barrels and big casks result in a robust and consistent wine.
